टीम और व्यक्तिगत खेलों में पदक लाने वाले सभी खिलाड़ी होंगे सम्मानित
देहरादून। 38 वें राष्ट्रीय खेलों में उत्तराखंड के लिए पदक जीतने वाले खिलाड़ियों को उनकी नगद इनाम राशि का पैसा जल्द मिलने वाला है। इसके लिए शासन से 15 करोड रुपए जारी कर दिए गए हैं।
खेल मंत्री रेखा आर्या ने यह जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि 38वें राष्ट्रीय खेलों में प्रदेश के खिलाड़ियों को अच्छे प्रदर्शन के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने के उद्देश्य से सरकार ने नगद इनाम राशि को दोगुना कर दिया था। खेल मंत्री रेखा आर्या ने बताया कि अब तक के राष्ट्रीय खेलों के इतिहास में स्वर्ण, रजत और कांस्य पदक जीतने पर इतनी नगद इनाम राशि किसी भी राज्य में नहीं दी गई है। उन्होंने बताया कि व्यक्तिगत और टीम स्पर्धाओं में प्रदेश के लिए पदक जीतने वाले खिलाड़ियों की संख्या कुल मिलाकर 240 के आसपास है।
रेखा आर्या ने बताया कि उन्होंने बीते सप्ताह कैबिनेट की मीटिंग में मुख्यमंत्री के समक्ष इस प्रकरण को उठाया था। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने जिस तरह उनके आग्रह पर त्वरित कारवाई की उसके लिए वें मुख्यमंत्री की बहुत आभारी हैं। शासन ने अब इस मद के लिए कुल 15 करोड़ रुपए की धनराशि जारी कर दी है ।
खेल मंत्री रेखा आर्या ने बताया कि जल्द से जल्द कार्यक्रम आयोजित कर सभी पदक विजेताओं को उनकी नगद इनाम राशि वितरित की जाएगी। उन्होंने बताया कि पदक विजेताओं को आउट ऑफ़ टर्न सरकारी नौकरी देने के लिए भी प्रक्रिया चल रही है और इसे भी जल्द से जल्द पूरा किया जाएगा।
